I am Donnamarie the founder of Body and You by Donnamarie. I was first introduced to the Body Roller back in 2019 as like many people, I spent years feeling bloated, sluggish, and disconnected from my body. No matter how "healthy" I tried to be, something always felt off. Iflammation, fatigue, cellulite, poor circulation, and that constant feeling of heaviness that’s hard to explain unless you’ve lived it.

With a holiday coming up, out of curiosity (and honestly, frustration), I tried the body roller thinking I had nothing to lose so why not. After my course of 12 sessions, I was so impressed with the results. The appearance of my cellulite had decreased, I felt lighter, tighter, firmer and even my emotional wellbeing was boosted. My sleep quality improved, I had more energy and my head felt calmer and focused. It gave me the drive and determination to start taking care of me!

Lymphatic Massage is so overlooked and the more I talk to people, the more and more I find how many people are walking around carrying inflammation, swelling, pain, or exhaustion, without knowing there’s a natural solution.

I didn’t open this salon just because I wanted to run a business. I opened it because I wanted to share the results I achieved with these treatments.

With the overwhelming popularity of the Body Roller, we are now expanding our services to include Sunbeds, Teeth Brightening, LED Light Therapy Facials and Contrast Therapy (Cold Plunge and InfraRed Sauna).
